Enjoy a private yoga session tailored to your needs in your home. Sessions will be focused on easing your physical discomforts, preparing your body for childbirth, and practicing mindfulness and connection with your evolving body. Yoga session will include the use of props to adjust the practice to fit your needs.
Restore and rejuvenate your postpartum body with an in home yoga session, practiced with your little one or without. Session will be focused on assisting your body in recovery, connecting with your evolving body and new baby, and finding presence and mindfulness in this new space and journey. Sessions practiced with your little one can include partner poses and infant massage techniques.

No prior yoga experience is required or expected. Upon booking, Maddy will reach out to schedule your session and go over any experience or limitations you may have that would affect your practice.
As with all forms of exercise, check with your doctor prior to practicing prenatal yoga. Yoga can be a healthy and beneficial practice during any trimester of your pregnancy, however depending on your current stage, certain modifications and adjustments will be employed to keep you and baby comfortable. Maddy is well trained in prenatal adjustments and safety practices.
As with all forms of exercise, check with your doctor to be cleared for postnatal yoga following delivery. A common waiting period is 6 weeks after delivery. There are certain poses and pelvic floor exercises that can be practiced immediately after your delivery, so please reach out if you would like to do a modified session within your 6 week window.
All that is required is an open space to place your mat in an area of your house where you can relax. Maddy will provide any props to assist you in your session. You may use your own mat if you have one, but one can be provided as well.
No! There is no expectation for you to "host" your practitioner in any way. We are in your home to serve you and will not be phased by dishes in the sink, unwashed hair, or crying babies. We will work together to create a space during your practice where you can relax and let go.
Of course all babies are welcome during a mommy and me session. There is no pressure for your baby to preform or behave any certain way, and we won't be phased by crying, blowouts, etc. Your postpartum experience is unique to you and your baby. We will meet you and support you wherever you are bring a deeper sense of connection and peace into your postpartum journey.
