• Consultations will take place in the comfort of your own home within 20 miles of Maryville, TN.  (travel fee will be added for distances over 20 miles)
• Each visit will include comprehensive maternal and infant assessments as well observation of a feeding session and weighted feed (when applicable).  We will address specific concerns and questions you have and together we will develop a care plan to support your goals.  (specific consultation descriptions can be found below)

• I contract with The Lactation Network (TLN) and accept most insurances:  Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Humana PPO, PNOA (logo on card), and Multiplan (logo on card).  Most patients can get lactation services 100% covered -  VERIFY INSURANCE COVERAGE HERE .  
• Superbill will be provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. 
• Self-Pay clients welcome
