Mindfulness is a way of living in the present moment with awareness and non-judgement. We can strengthen this state of being through meditation and learned techniques which in turn lowers stress levels and allows for a richer, more meaningful life.

The focus of this 8 week course:
It has been proven (Tania Singer 2017 Max Planck Institute in Germany) that when faced with stressful situations, practicing meditation with others creates a more calming effect than when we practice alone.

*Ideally you will be able to make it to all 8 classes with the session you sign up with. If you are unable to make it to a specific class you can make it up by joining a class that is offered on a different day.
